Shipping & Return Policy

RETURNS

At Tareen we value and believe in building a long-lasting relationship with our customers, mainly by maintaining the highest ethics and international best practices. We strive for the highest quality products, manufactured with the utmost attention to detail. Majority of our items are bespoke and hand made. In off circumstance where you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of our goods, you may return the goods within 3 days for a full refund of the purchased price, less return shipping cost as per weight and volume. Goods returned must not be damaged and in original condition. They must be returned in original packaging, in an unmarked, unused condition & unassembled. Customers must return the item they wish to exchange in our store.


PACKAGING

It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain all the original packaging materials. All Good(s) must be returned in their original packaging. If this does not happen, order is not eligible for return. In the event when an item is faulty or defected, packing must be maintained for return. Tareen Interiors LLC have the right to cut 25% of the total product’s value if returned without packaging for faulty items.


REFUND

Upon receiving the receipt of the goods and fulfilling the subject to the terms of this agreement as mentioned above, a refund will be issued within 5 to 7 Business Days.

NON- REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

Tareen Interiors LLC does not offer returns on Sofas, Rugs, Arm Chairs, Wall papers, or on any items which are made to measure or are custom design products. No exchange, refund or credit note will be accepted on special orders, custom orders (including carpentry and upholstery), pre-orders including goods purchased at sale price or used goods.
Sofas and dining tables are non-refundable/exchangeable once they are out of packaging. Customized product items cannot be refunded on change of mind or exchanged. It is the customers responsibility to make sure that all custom-made orders are 100% what they want.


PRE- ORDERS & DELAYS

Pre-Orders are usually delivered in the period specified in the item’s title however, some delays are expected due to unforeseen circumstances, such as shipping line route change or delays in custom clearance. In such events a customer will have the right to ask for cancelling the order and get full refund without claiming any extra compensation for the delay.


MODE OF PAYMENT

Refunds will only be made through the original mode of payment i.e cash or credit. While all delivery, shipping and installation charges are non-refundable.


DELIVERED ITEMS & RETURNS

Upon request, our delivery team may assist to assemble the items on site. Should you require the delivery team to take the packaging materials after assembling, you will have to give your consent as goods being accepted & labelled as delivered and will not be eligible for return.
All assembled items are not eligible for return.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are received safely. Tareen Interiors LLC takes no responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit. Cost of shipment of returned items will be the sole liability of the customer.


DAMAGED & FAULTY RETURNS

Within 24 hours of receiving purchased products, all items must be opened and checked by the customer (maintaining the original packing). If this does not happen Tareen Interiors LLC cannot be liable for any damage or faulty Good(s), and order is not eligible for return.
If any customer received a faulty or damaged item, Tareen Interiors LLC must be notified by official email ([email protected]) upon receiving the goods and follow the correct returns policy as stipulated above.
As stipulated in the terms above, Tareen Interiors LLC must issue a return authorization, before customers are able to return the goods. Unauthorized returns cannot and will not be accepted.
As stipulated above, all returned products must be in their original condition and packaging with all accessories. They must not be changed, used or altered in any way, shape or form. They must also be unmarked and unassembled in every way.


CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You are able to cancel your order if you decide that you no longer want to go through with your purchase and change your mind. All you have to do is let us know, and only if your goods have not already been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund you. Please note as stipulated above this does not apply to custom-made and pre-ordered items.
Your order must be cancelled before the dispatch of goods. However, shipping fees are not be included within the refund and will be deducted.
In the event of a customer’s order, which involves a special item(s) being produced by our manufacturers, refunds are not available, if the item(s) are already in production.


VARIATIONS IN PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

All our products undergo strict quality control however, new stocks from particular items may have very slight differences in colors or fixing technology from previous batches.
Customers should expect some slight differences in color or textures as manufacturing technology keeps developing.
