Index Tower – Apartment Refurbishment
In the living area, we maximized space and light, using new track lighting technology, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bedrooms were designed as serene retreats, featuring soft textures, calming hues, and bespoke furnishings to evoke tranquility. The kitchen and bathroom were upgraded with state-of-the-art appliances, home automation and modern fixtures, merging practicality with elegance.

Burj Daman – Apartment Refurbishment
The design created a dynamic yet harmonious living environment, reflecting Dubai’s urban lifestyle and the client’s tastes. Premium materials, bespoke furnishings, and thoughtful layout adjustments were used. Highlights include bespoke wallpapers from Coordonne, adding rich textures and vibrant colors. The bathrooms were overhauled with top-tier fixtures, creating tranquil retreats. The kitchen was transformed into an open, inviting space with state-of-the art appliances and a custom coffee bar, designed to be the home’s social hub.
Comprehensive custom joinery added functional elegance with crafted cabinetry, wardrobes, and bespoke beds. Repainting, staircase refinishing, and tailored lighting solutions further elevated the apartment’s luxury. A bespoke TV unit with marble finishing and backlit LED lighting serves as a standout feature.
The Burj Daman duplex apartment now exemplifies luxury living in Dubai, perfectly tailored to its inhabitants’ needs and aesthetic desires, achieved through a meticulous design approach balancing beauty and functionality.
Mr.C Residences Jumeirah – Apartment Refurbishment
Tareen Interiors LLC had the privilege of working on a sophisticated residential interior project, in collaboration with Consoul by LH at the esteemed MR. C Residences, a creation by the renowned Ignazio & Maggio Cipriani. This luxurious 3-bedroom apartment presented a unique opportunity to blend classic elegance with contemporary design elements, ensuring a harmonious living space for our discerning clients.
Headboard Designs
Our team crafted custom headboard designs that serve as the focal point in each bedroom. These headboards, meticulously tailored to match the aesthetic preferences of the residents, combine luxurious fabrics with intricate detailing. The result is a series of statement pieces that elevate the overall ambiance of the bedrooms, offering both comfort and style.
Wall Finishings
o enhance the visual appeal and texture of the apartment, we employed a variety of wall finishings. From rich, textured wallpaper to sleek, modern paints, each wall was transformed to complement the unique character of the space. Our selection of finishes not only adds depth and interest to the rooms but also creates a cohesive flow throughout the apartment.
Rugs
We curated an exclusive collection of rugs that add warmth and sophistication to the apartment. These carefully selected pieces were chosen for their superior craftsmanship and ability to integrate seamlessly with the existing décor. The rugs not only provide comfort underfoot but also contribute to the overall design narrative of the space.
Lighting Fixtures
Lighting plays a crucial role in setting the tone of any interior. For this project, we selected an array of lighting fixtures that range from opulent chandeliers to sleek, modern lamps. Each fixture was chosen to enhance the functionality and aesthetic of the rooms, ensuring a perfect balance of light and shadow, and creating inviting, well-lit spaces. The MR. C Residences project allowed Tareen Interiors LLC to showcase our expertise in creating refined, luxurious living environments. Damac Hills – Villa Refurbishment
Through careful reconfiguration of the villa’s layout, our objective was to enhance both its spaciousness and refinement while discreetly concealing functional zones.
Our Design targeted straight lines with the fluidity of curved forms. This synthesis is apparent in the incorporation of contemporary architectural features alongside soft, organic contours in furnishings and decor.
The outcome is an enchanting atmosphere that embodies sophistication and comfort, providing residents with a timeless understated luxury.
Index Tower – Apartment Refurbishment
This spacious 2 x Bedroom apartment, located in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) was designed for a lovely couple. The clients required a classy design which was practical and long lasting.
Tareen Interiors was enlisted to conduct full renovation which included civil works in the property such as removal of a wall between kitchen and living room, plumbing and electrical work, renovating two bathrooms, custom made kitchen, TV unit, cupboards and feature wall paneling.
Bvlgari Residence – Apartment Refurbishment
The space designed to incorporate a custom made tv unit comfortable sofa was upholstered in stain repellent fabric, bed back in soft calming material
Jumeirah Island – Villa Refurbishment
Large empty walls were adorned with beautiful art, wallpapers and Marble.
Colour was an integral element of all pieces and statement furniture was custom designed offering a sleek but decorative twist.
Highly contemporary with bold textures, yet practical and useful-this home is the perfect combination of comfort and sophistication for the fun, loving and creative couple.
Bay Central – Penthouse Refurbishment
To achieve this, we maximised the space within the penthouse adding an additional bedroom with two queen sized beds.
In our design scheme we used a mix of patterns, textures and materials. The use of such materials and patterns helped to create unique and practical spaces.
Jumeirah Living – Apartment Refurbishment
This spacious 4 Bedroom apartment, located in Jumeirah Living was designed for a lovely couple and their young children.
The clients required a classy design that was also child friendly. Integral portions of the house were refurbished by Tareen Interiors, to create a unique design of high standards for the family. Sophisticated textures and patterns were incorporated to create a light yet luxurious design.
Beach Vista, Emaar Beach Front – Apartment Refurbishment
With its beautiful location, this 1 x bedroom property overlooks the new Dubai Harbor in the Marina. Our client requested muted tones and practical designs that also reflected their personal taste.
The living room was designed to Incorporate a custom made tv unit and desk which included ample storage. The comfortable sofa was upholstered in stain repellent fabric and included a pull-out double bed.
Great Cumberland Place, UK – Villa Refurbishment
Each room was draped with luxurious curtains and bespoke furniture. We sourced bespoke Italian chandeliers and beautiful wallpapers throughout. The clients stressed that all furniture must be practical and comfortable.

Carr Hall Castle, UK – Castle Refurbishment
Located between Leeds and Manchester, the castle is situated in a secluded valley, set on 12 acres of land adjacent to a deer park. We worked with the clients to design the new extension which houses a Tareen Interiors designed kitchen, beautiful master bedroom, new dining room and a snug area. The clients required a very luxurious and unique design, in keeping with the beautiful traditional look of the property.
