TRIPLEX PENTHOUSE

Project Insight

5,000 Sqft. luxurious triplex penthouse located in the Marina; interior designed to a high standard by Tareen Interiors. The project was completed within 3 months and included fit-out, and custom furniture.

As per the client's requirements, we sourced everything from towels, cutlery and bedding to have the property ready to move in for our client. As per our client's brief the property was to be utilized as a luxury Airbnb for short-term stays. To achieve this, we maximized the space within the penthouse adding an additional bedroom with two queen-sized beds.

In our design scheme, we used a mix of patterns, textures and materials. The use of such materials and patterns helped to create unique and practical spaces.
