Tareen Interiors LLC: Interior Design for a 37-Floor Mixed-Use Building
Tareen Interiors LLC is designing a 37-floor building with residential and commercial spaces. The project will be completed in 2027 and will be a landmark in urban living and business.

Our team handles all interior design. We make every space stylish, modern, and practical. Using the 7 elements of design, we create lobbies that welcome residents and visitors. These areas reflect the building’s contemporary style and elegance.
Comfortable Residential Spaces
In the residential floors, we design bedrooms that are cozy and stylish. Using the elements of design, such as color, texture, lighting and layout, every room feels balanced and luxurious.
Smart and Efficient Commercial Offices

The Ugly Burger, Al Nakheel Mall – Restaurant Refurbishment
Ugly Burger was started by three friends who wanted to make burgers with honest ingredients that taste just like homemade. Their burgers are messy, delicious, and have a side of fries.
The Design Concept
As a start-up, Ugly Burger had a limited budget. The owners loved the 90’s hip-hop style and an urban, indie look. We used bold colors and vibrant graffiti to create a fun and quirky space. This made dining more enjoyable and memorable for guests.
To brighten the space, we added custom LED lighting in the ceiling. This made the restaurant feel lively and helped promote the Ugly Burger brand. The overall design created a calm welcoming atmosphere where customers could enjoy their meals.
The Ugly Burger, Dar Al Wasl – Restaurant Refurbishment
Three friends wanted to change the way people enjoy burgers. They focused on bold flavors and quality ingredients creating a fun and welcoming place where every bite feels like a celebration. Guests can enjoy hearty burgers and crispy fries in a lively atmosphere.
The Design Concept
For their second location in Dar Al Wasl the clients wanted a space that mixes 90s hip-hop style with a trendy urban vibe all on a tight budget.
To make this vision real, we created unique artwork from recycled cans featuring legendary faces like The Notorious B.I.G. and 2Pac. This playful touch adds character to the space and shows a commitment to sustainability.
To brighten the interior and make the dining experience better, we installed sleek custom LED lighting in the ceiling. The result is an inviting space full of energy and style, making it one of the best spots for a burger Dubai lovers won’t want to miss.
L47 Carlton Hotel – Rooftop Pool, Interior Design
The Carlton Hotel has a rooftop bar and restaurant with a Greek Mediterranean feel. Guests can relax and enjoy a magical escape. Modern elegance blends traditional Mediterranean touches to create a warm and inviting space. We added an Instagram wall so visitors can take fun photos. Comfortable sun loungers let guests relax and enjoy the panoramic views. The bar has warm colors and stylish décor. It is perfect for socializing and enjoying signature cocktails while looking at the Burj Khalifa.
Guests can use the rooftop swimming pool adding extra fun and luxury. The space combines bright design, cozy comfort and incredible views. Every Carlton Hotel rooftop bar and restaurant visit is memorable and enjoyable.
The rooftop area is designed for all day enjoyment. Guests can lounge in the sun, swim in the pool or enjoy a refreshing drink anytime. The combination of comfort, style and stunning views makes it a perfect spot for friends, families and couples. The space is vibrant yet relaxing, ensuring every visit feels special.
The Cat Medical Center, DIFC – Medical Center Refurbishment
This is a unique luxury veterinary clinic and hotel/spa explicitly designed for cats. Our client a true cat lover asked us to create a space for their feline friends’ healthcare and grooming needs.
Located in the heart of DIFC this project covers 600 sqm and was built to very high standards. The clinic has state of the art tools to ensure the best care for cats.

1004 Gourmet Supermarket, Abu Dhabi, Al Reem Island
Tareen Interiors recently completed the design of 1004 Gourmet a specialty Asian supermarket created to bring the essence of Asian cuisine closer to home. The vision was to design a space where customers can easily find everything they need to prepare authentic Asian dishes while also enjoying a curated selection of premium products from across the region.
The interior reflects the richness of Asian culture through the use of vibrant colors and traditional patterns creating a lively yet welcoming atmosphere. The layout has been thoughtfully planned to ensure smooth navigation allowing shoppers to move freely and locate products with ease.
Balancing beauty with functionality, the design combines aesthetic appeal with practical efficiency. This approach not only makes the store visually engaging but also enhances the overall shopping experience.
At 1004 Gourmet visitors are greeted with a diverse selection of products ranging from fresh produce to dry goods and exclusive specialty items that celebrate the flavors and traditions of Asia. Every corner of the supermarket has been designed to highlight cultural authenticity while ensuring convenience.

KARAK INC. – Cafe, Interior Design
Our client DJ Bliss from Dubai Bling, asked us to transform his Boxpark café into a lively green space. We added lifelike faux plants to create a calm and beautiful atmosphere. The café now feels like a serene oasis where guests can relax and enjoy their drinks.
This karak cafe is perfect for anyone who loves to sit peacefully while sipping on a warm karak. The combination of greenery and cozy design makes it a unique and inviting spot for visitors.
The Bells Hotel, UK – Hotel Refurbishment
The Bells is a collection of luxury serviced apartments. It was nominated for the Northern Design Award. Our task was to design spaces that honor the historic building. Each apartment had to feel unique, stylish and luxurious. The goal was to give every guest a wow experience.
We used local materials and highlighted the original features. Exposed brick walls, iron beams and stained-glass windows were preserved, moved, or reused as new features. Some raw materials were turned into furniture.
Each apartment has a kitchen, dimmable lighting, cozy beds, soft fabrics, wall coverings, durable floors, unique wardrobes and quirky art. Every detail was chosen to create a welcoming and functional space.
Our hotel refurbishment plan blends historic charm with modern comfort. Every corner is practical and beautiful. Guests enjoy spaces that mix old and new perfectly. The apartments feel warm, inviting and luxurious. They provide a perfect retreat for short or long stays. The design gives every guest a memorable experience.
Mission Nightclub, UK – Club Refurbishment
Every weekend, thousands of people line up to visit the famous Club Mission. It is one of the most popular clubs in Leeds and West Yorkshire. The huge venue covers almost 10,000 square feet under the railway arches.
Tareen Interiors was chosen to lead one of the biggest club refurbishment projects in the venue’s history. The owners wanted a fresh look, moving away from the old black paint style. Instead, they asked for a fun and quirky design that still kept an industrial feel across the whole club.
